Alliance's Underground Railroad

Frank Barrett, President of the Alliance Area Preservation Society, will discuss the beginnings of slavery in the colonies, early anti-slavery efforts begun by Quakers, and people in the Alliance and the surrounding area who were active in the anti-slavery movement and the Underground Railroad.
