A Romantic Culinary Weekend-Serves Two: What’s for Dinner

Feb. 11: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Carla Snyder, taught at Gervasi Vineyard, 1700 55th St. NE, Canton; www.gervasivineyard.comcucina/cucina-schedule; $195. Menu: Chicken breasts stuffed with fontina and procuitto with radicchio and fennel, pork chops with sweet potatoes, apples and mustard sauce, winter frittata with escarole, bacon and feta cheese, sea scallops with Asian noodle salad and fresh pepper linguine with oil-packed tuna, capers and olives. Price is for both Romantic Culinary Weekend classes.
