“March Madness” fundraiser for Brad Martin

The Courtyard by Marriott of Belden Village will host a March Madness “tailgate party” fundraiser for one of its front-office supervisors, Brad Martin, who was critically injured in a car accident.
Martin has been hospitalized since Dec. 11. He came out of a coma a month ago and can move his limbs and breathe on his own, but cannot yet speak. The fundraiser is to assist with his enormous medical bills.
The fundraiser will be from 6 p.m. to midnight March 26 at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel at 4375 Metro Cir. NW in Jackson Township.
The event will include food, cash bar, games, entertainment by Friq and Fraq, and raffles and auctions of prizes, including getaways to several Marriott hotels in other states.
Admission is $10.
