The Stark Youth Arts Council is hosting an Arts Career Day from 9 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Feb. 19 at Kent State University Stark Campus.
The purpose of the day is for Stark County High School students to meet individuals who have made a “home” and “ life” for themselves in the arts.
It’s also an opportunity for the artists to share their experiences and their journeys as creative individuals.
The day will be divided into seven half-hour sessions with a five-minute break between sessions.
Lunch break will be 45 minutes at 11:15 a.m. (Lunch will be provided for instructors.)
Students can sign up for as many sessions as they wish.
