Church child care center open house and Kids Fun Fair

Family of Christ Lutheran Church and Child Care Center is hosting an open house and Kids Fun Fair for children ages 12 and younger from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 18, rain or shine.
Activities will include children’s games including a duck pond, bean bag toss, speed pitch, ring toss and two bounce houses and face painting.
There also will be a lunch stand, bake sale and flea market.
Free tours of the Child Care Center will be given all day. People who sign up with a paid $50 registration fee will receive the first week of child care free.
The Child Care Center is a nonprofit provider and accepts children from 6 weeks old to pre-kindergarten on a full- or part-time basis. Before- and after-school programs are available, with busing from Northwest and Jackson. Hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The church and child care center are at 9687 Portage St. NW, at High Mill Avenue, in Jackson Township.
