Cub Scout ‘Scouting for Food’ Drive

Cub Scout Pack 303 in Canal Fulton will go door-to-door March 13 to distribute a flier about the national “Scouting for Food” food collection that will take place March 20.
Residents are asked to choose items from the list and place them in a bag or box outside their front door either late on the night of March 19 or by 8:30 a.m. March 20. The Scouts will collect the donations March 27, starting at 9 a.m.
The plan is to target the city of Canal Fulton. Depending on participation, the effort might expand into the Spring Valley/Camelot and Fulton East (Towpath/Millrace) subdivisions.
Food and household supply items collected will go to the Canal Fulton Food Bank at Canal Fulton Trinity Church on Manchester Road.

If a boy in the Northwest School District wants to join Cub Scouts, he must have completed kindergarten and be no older than 12. Boys older than 12 can join the Boy Scouts.
