An Evening with Newt Gingrich

Former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich will speak at 8 p.m. Feb. 17 at E.J. Thomas Hall, at 198 Hill St. in Akron, near the University of Akron.
According to Gingrich, "When you are changing peoples lives, changing the entire health system in the United States ... ...one of the great tests in next few years is going to a be between those who believe in trickle down bureaucracy and those of us who believe in liberating small business, reducing their taxes, reducing their red tape and making it easier for them to hire people."
Tickets are $50 for A seating, $40 for “B” seating, $15 for University of Akron students, and $5 off full price for University of Akron faculty and staff.
