HandPrints Choir Concert

HandPrints Sign Choir, in conjunction with S.I.G.N. Ministry, will offer a free concert for the public at 6:30 p.m. March 13 at the North Canton Church of Christ at 1301 E. Maple St.
The facility is handicapped accessible.
HandPrints choir comprises 20 adults of varying disabilities from throughout Stark County. Some are employed in the community, while others attend the workshop or other private facilities. The choir practices signing skills every week and performs to various popular music using sign language.
HandPrints was formed in fall 2008 and performed more than 25 times in its debut year. The choir is available for performances such as church worship services, special church events, Christmas events, nursing homes or community organization events.
S.I.G.N. Ministry, a nonprofit group, comprises 30 individuals with varying abilities. The group, formed in 2007, strives to spread the gospel though sign language and song.
