Lock 3 Rib, White and Blue Food Festival and July 4 Celebration

The Lock 3 Rib, White and Blue Food Festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 2 and July 3 and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4.
Admission is free on July 2 and July 3 and on the morning of July 4. Admission is $5 after 1 p.m. July 4.
Grill masters from Ohio, Texas and Tennessee will serve up great barbecue ribs and create smokin’ sauce.
There will be rides, inflatable and a Magic Train for the kids.

On July 4 this event is followed by the July 4th Celebration on the M.L.K. Jr. Freeway. There will be a special performance by Soul’d Out at 7:30 p.m. followed by a fireworks display at 9:45 p.m. synchronized to patriotic music played by WKDD 98.1 FM. Rain date will be July 5.
