Downtown Mansfield and The Elms Tavern present the Green Grand Opening on St. Patrick's Day, March 17.
Mansfield Mayor Culliver will lead a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon.
Stay for lunch and enjoy The Elm's famous Hungarian goulash or enjoy half-price appetizers and a pitcher of green beer. Additional specials include $1.50 Killians with a free souvenir glass and live entertainment with Target from 6 until 10 p.m. The Elms is at 308 S. Diamond St.
