Tai Chi at TWC

Tai Chi at TWC Sats., Jul. 25-Aug. 29, 7:30 a.m.
TWC is partnering with Roy Davis to offer a 6 week series of Tai Chi (chen style) classes. Roy has practiced Tai Chi for the last 16 years and taught the technique at the Tuscarawas County YMCA and Akron Public Schools. Roy is a 2nd degree brown belt in Ju Jit Su and has been a certified personal trainer. Tai Chi is a series of slow, flowing movements which help develop balance, loosen joints, and increase brain connections and spatial awareness.
This class will be held outdoors at TWC on Sat. mornings, 7:30-8:30 a.m. Class will meet weekly, starting Jul. 25 and ending Aug. 29, and is for ages 15 and up. Wear loose fitting clothes and supportive shoes with smooth soles. $12/member, $15/nonmember per session. Or, save and sign up for the entire series, $65/member, $80/nonmember. Questions?
