Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Family Ski Club

Learn to ski or snowboard with the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Family Ski Club.

When: Saturdays 5 to 9 p.m. starting Jan. 9, 2010.
Where: Boston Mills Ski Resort, 7100 Riverview Rd., Peninsula.
Who: Families with children ages 8 and up.
Must be 8 years old by Jan. 1, 2010.

Five lessons are included. Rental equipment is available. Ski club runs the entire season.
After the fifth session or Feb. 9 (whichever is later), students are permitted to come any time on their scheduled day for the remainder of the season at no additional cost at either Boston Mills or Brandywine.

Each child must be accompanied by an adult during the ski club session.
Adults may join ski club with their child or may stay in the lodge during the session.
There is no transportation available. Each family is responsible for its own transportation.

Each club member, excluding Summit and Season pass holders, will receive a pass card that entitles them to three free tickets at times other than their regularly scheduled club session.
Freebie Pass Card tickets can be used for snow tubing at Polar Blast, Late Night sessions at Brandywine, or All Day snow/lift tickets at either Boston Mills or Brandywine. Freebie Pass Cards must be presented at the ticket window by the student whose name appears on the card. Students may use the ticket(s) themselves or transfer any of their ticket(s) to friends or family members. All three tickets may be used at one time.
The season-long club program is the most heavily discounted program at Boston Mills/Brandywine, offering savings of about $400 over the standard snow/lift, rental equipment and lesson price.
Cost is $178.12 (with rental equipment) or $127 (if you have your own equipment)
