Spring Thing

Spring Thing, an indoors "carnival" type fundraiser, will happen from 2 to 5 p.m. March 14 at Center Ice Complex at 8319 Port Jackson Ave. NW in Jackson Township.
This fundraiser to help support Trillium Family Solutions is inexpensive, family-oriented fun, fitting for the state of the economy.
Some of the activities will be skating, face painting, caricaturists, inflatable castle, "beauty parlor,” a money machine, cake walk, and food concessions.
Cost for the event is $6 in advance or $7 at the door. Admission includes skate rental, skating, games and most of the activities.
