The national Great Backyard Bird Count occurs every Presidents' Day weekend. If you want to find out more about how to participate or you just want to learn which birds spend their winters in Northeast Ohio, join Stark Parks at the North Canton Library at 2 p.m. on Sat., Feb. 11 to hone up on your birding skills!
