The Perseid Meteor Shower is one of the most active meteor showers of the year, with an estimated fall of 40-80 meteors an hour! Viewing is best after midnight. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and dress for the evening. Cancelled if it’s cloudy—check our Facebook page after 4 p.m. if there’s a doubt.
